It was a fantastic afternoon welcoming 13 new scholars and mentors into the WEDC Foundation as we kicked off our first workshop of the school year at the beautiful AC Hotel in downtown Huntsville. This workshop was titled Beyond The Work: The Importance of Etiquette and focused on professional, appearance, & dining etiquette and their importance in putting our best foot forward in the workplace and beyond. Our facilitators were the brilliant Lauren Smith, Dwaynia Wilkerson, Ambrosia Patterson, Riley Parker & our own Executive Director, Jennifer Linton. The 2024 WHW Honorees joined us to meet the scholars and mentors as well all prepared to attend Women Honoring Women in September with our newly learned etiquette.
